Client Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring that a company's demands are addressed. Client Service Representatives' responsibilities include assisting with recruitment and hiring practices, addressing client satisfaction, needs, and preferences, and analyzing data to establish compliance with standards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a current understanding of each field/external staff member's strengths and limits.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of corporate rules and processes, as well as a willingness to follow them.
- Remains actively involved in cost-cutting initiatives; effectively employs nurses when allocating cases.
- Demonstrates the capacity to recognize and solve problems; makes sound judgments with initiative and excellent judgment.
- Takes an active and positive part in appraising the performance of employees.
- Maintains a positive connection with patients and caregivers while promoting harmonious interpersonal interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work after-hours on-call schedule
