Responsibilities:
- In a fast-paced environment, use world-class technology to guide and process customer orders and inquiries.
- Contact customers by phone, email, or chat.
- Solve customer problems and find the best solutions possible.
- Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and placing online orders.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability with knowledge.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as 2 years of relevant experience. A bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Desire to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
