Must be enrolled at a University throughout the length of the internship and must be on-site at Royal Credit Union Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI for the duration of the internship. The position will start May 2024 and go through May 2025. Hourly Wage: $18.44-$20.66(Candidates with significant related experience may be higher)No relocation package provided Description:The Business Process Analyst Intern will assist in evaluating and designing business process requirements with a Member-first focus. This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements as well as project and process management. Work Schedule:• Working approximately 12-15 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.• Must be able to work onsite at Royal Credit Union Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI throughout the school year and during breaks.• This is a limited term, non-benefit eligible, position that will start May 2024 and go through May 2025. If selected for the internship, you must be able to commit to the full 12 months. Training:Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging. Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
