Royal Community Support Llc is Hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Near East Windsor, CT

Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support a young individual who lives with his parents in MERCER COUNTY (East Windsor, NJ)
Looking for applicants with experience in HHA/CNA/DSP services. Person in need of services is a happy soul who requires significant physical assistance, to include bathing and changing adult incontinence products. Applicants will also be providing some light housekeeping support so that this person's environment is clean and safe. This individual's family will be present at all times and is friendly and kind. The desired DSP would be someone who is great at engaging with the individual with activities and going for walks. Very peaceful work environment. The position is for Monday-Fridays 2:30pm-7:30pm and includes going out with the individual and his parents to complete errands, etc. (parents drive, you accompany them to assist the individual).
Schedule of Services:
Monday-Friday 2:30-7:30pm

(Full time Benefits after 25 hours)
- A 401K is a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal. Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month. Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old or older
Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a car
Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
Must be willing to have a background check

Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
