About the Position:
Essential job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
The primary role of the Sales Development Representative is to generate appointments for the Sales Team by performing outbound calls to medical practices, with the goal of qualifying accounts for products and services. Engaging and capturing medical professionals who will benefit from our superior product and technology. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with natural inclination for selling and social intelligence. This role demands heavy cold calling and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Highly results-oriented; you want your work to make a direct impact on the business
- Unafraid of rejection; you need to brush it off when people tell you "no thanks"
- Energetic; an upbeat attitude goes a long way
- Empathetic; you connect well with other people and understand the customer’s pain points
- Entrepreneurial; you’re willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling
- Internet marketing experience is a plus but not required
- Cold Calling experience is a plus but not required
- Proactively searching for new, inventive ways to grow the business
- You generate new business opportunities to build our sales pipeline through outbound efforts
- Outreach directly to medical practices that fit our ideal persona via cold-calls, text, and emails
- Articulate our value to help the practice meet their growth potential
- Document all activities within our CRM
