In this role you will be analytical by nature, enjoy the details and technical aspects of compensation and data analysis but enjoy thinking outside of the box and coming up with new ideas. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about HR and Compensation. You have a technical aptitude and enjoy problem solving and working with data and data systems. You are confident working with all levels of the business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, the Compensation Analyst will support multiple initiatives and efforts as we drive the strategy development, design, implementation, administration, and the governance of compensation programs for Rover.
