Job Description
Rapid growth in Rove’s Phoenix Pest Control Office has opened a Commercial Sales opportunity. Industry experience is not required. As a Commercial Sales Representative you will visit pre-scheduled businesses to analyze needs and sell/up-sell needed services. Previous sales experience helps, but we will train the right applicant on both sales and industry elements.
To help you get started, we also offer paid training.
Daily responsibilities.
-Visit customer homes and businesses
-Perform inspections & provide needed services & recommendations
-Recommend value-add services
-Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment
Compensation includes:
-Paid training
-Base pay commissions
-Monthly bonuses available
-Health Insurance
-Company vehicle provided
-As much as 18 days of PTO available year one, including holiday pay. PTO increases annually.
* Must possess a valid drivers license
