About the Team:

The ProdUX team encompasses the Product Management and UX teams (as you may have guessed from the name!) They are the experts of all things digital at Rothy’s, working together to create a best-in-class experience for our customers. They are constantly on the lookout for opportunities to optimize our digital platforms, whether it's through design or the development of new or existing features. As the owners of the digital world, they work closely with cross-functional teams to determine priorities, needs and opportunities across the business.

What you’ll do:

• Make software product decisions, and use understanding of the business impact of those decisions to help grow the company’s online presence through thoughtful digital strategies 
• Identify and focus the teams on the highest value deliverables in the software product roadmap
• Preemptively identify potential risks and issues with software product plans in progress and champion a path forward 
• Understand the company’s software product strategies and objectives, and map the vision to actionable next steps
• Identify and translate user and business pain points into software feature requests. 
• Consistently manage impactful and predictable software development sprints 
• Use understanding of technology stacks in team’s space and the impact of adding new capabilities into the software ecosystem 
• Collaborate across Product, User Experience (UX), and Engineering while creating clarity for user-centric solutions
• Broaden knowledge set across the company through creative brainstorming and seeking out perspectives with cross-functional teams
• Build credibility and trust within the software product, UX, and technology teams
• Champion software product and agile development strategies within scrum team 
• Up to 10% travel to domestic locations only
• The person who fills this role may work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. Required to report to San Francisco, CA office at least once per quarter 

You have:

• A master’s degree in information technology/systems/management, computer science, or closely-related and 3 years of product management and/or product engineering experience (OR: bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience)
• Experience above must include 2 years of B2C product management 
• Experience above must include 2 years using experimentation platforms for feature optimization
• Experience above must include one year with an analytics-specific platform, SQL, and NoSQL
• Experience above must include 2 years with full funnel optimization, including marketing and monetization
• Knowledge of product management for user and software systems feature development

Pay range:

$181,417 to $215,000 per year
