As a Junior Project Manager, at Rose, the ideal candidate can collaborate with different project-based software engineering groups to deliver projects faster by developing clear project plans, managing milestones/sprints/deliverables and has a desire to push the boundaries of using agile development practices in a continuous integration environment focusing on delivery, quality, and scalability of mission-critical systems.

Role Requirements

As a Junior Project Manager, at ROSE, you will play an important role in bringing digital concepts to life. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help create project documentation, update timelines, manage documentation, facilitate team ceremonies, resolve project blockers, and liaise between project leadership and clients. You're a problem solver and not intimidated by what you don't know. You're willing to put in the time to learn, and are dedicated to continuous improvement. 

Role Requirements

• 1.5 - 3 years of experience, managing projects in the digital space, inclusive of project planning, team coordination, and successful delivery of project deliverables. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, while remaining detail oriented
• A team first attitude 
• Ability to learn quickly
• Experience utilizing Agile methodology to mange projects
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and other related project management and common communications tools

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. 
• Develop comprehensive project documentation to be shared with clients as well as internal team members and leadership.
• Management of the financial health of the project.
• Manage and communicate any changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs to all stakeholders. 
• Identify and quickly address risks/roadblocks in order to keep projects running smoothly.
• Work flexibly, proactively, and collaboratively with team members across multiple disciplines.
