Whether our guests are attending a game to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist Illuminate the stage, as our Talent Acquisition Partner, you play a key role in driving the organization’s recruitment strategies and initiatives both internally and externally.
You will build, implement, and assess programs and policies that supports the development of strong applicant pipelines that organically leads to inclusive hiring of talent into the organization. This role is the dedicated support for our Rip City Management teams and reports to the Sr. Director of People & Culture.
This is a full time, salaried - exempt position. The Portland Trail Blazers have a hybrid office environment: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
