As our CRM Administrator, you play a substantial role in the day-to-day management of the Customer Relationship Management System. The ideal candidate will champion process and enjoy working in the details. This position’s core responsibilities include data hygiene, user support and training, developing and implementing business processes, reporting and lead management.
