What you can look forward to

No two days are ever the same! If you're hired, you will...

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide them with answers to their questions.
  • Lead employees and oversee the daily operations of the produce department.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise produce department operations.
  • Train team on store policies, procedures, and customer service techniques.
  • Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and ensure performance standards are met.
  • Establish and achieve business and profit objectives for the produce department.
  • Maintain inventory levels by ordering stock when necessary to meet customer demand.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the produce department by analyzing sales figures.
  • Assist in the development of new concepts to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy produce department, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of store operations are running smoothly.
  • Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees within the produce department.
  • Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

Requirements

You’ll also need…

  • Candidates must be 18 years or older
  • Complete a pre-employment background check
  • Minimum of 1 Year Produce Experience (Preferred)
