Rosano Property Management and Rosano Construction Services are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join our property management division. This exciting position consists of a full time office position as well as on-site property management privileges (live in our one of the firm properties).
Rosano Property Management and Rosano Construction Services is the management and construction/maintenance arm respectively of Roman Group, LLC a CRE investment company that owns a full-service commercial Real Estate platforms and is headquartered in Mid-Wilshire. Responsibilities & Duties:
• A degree in accounting or business (AA or BA)
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is a must
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent Excel skills
• AppFolio experience a plus
The position is structured in a manner which allows the individual to oversee the day to day accounting operations of managed properties while developing further property management skills.
