Nature et envergure du poste : Rapportant directement au(à la) gérant(e) de magasin, le(la) gérant(e) adjoint(e) crée et maintient l'expérience Roots pour nos clients(es) et nos membres du personnel. Le(la) gérant(e) adjoint(e) appuie le(la) gérant(e) de magasin en ce qui concerne tous les aspects des opérations, tout en se comportant selon les principes et les valeurs Roots. Responsabilités principales : Aider le(la) gérant(e) de magasin à réaliser le budget des ventes du magasin par le biais de la mise en place des normes, des politiques et des procédures de la compagnie, tout en surpassant les attentes de la clientèle avec un service exceptionnel à chaque moment qui se présente. Démontrer la capcité de donner le bon exemple en ce qui concerne les ventes et le service à la clientele. Aider le(la) gérant(e) à exécuter toutes les activitées reliées au recrutement. Appuyer le(la) gérant(e) de magasin en fournissant des connaissances des produits et en apprenant les aptitudes à la vente aux membres du personnel ainsi qu'aux nouvelles embauches. Ouvrir et fermer le magasin selon les procédures et les politiques établies par la compagnie. Qualifications et expérience requises: 2 ans comme superviseur(e), préférablement dans le marché de détail de vêtements mode Bon sens de style et une passion pour la mode. Capacité démontrée de réussir dans un environnement axé sur le service à la clientèle et la réalisation des ventes. Capacité d'accomoder un horaire flexible afin de répondre aux besoins de la compagnie, incluant les soirs et les fins de semaine. Capacité de motiver le personnel par le biais du coaching et du leadership. Gérer efficacement son temps et prioriser les tâches pour répondre aux besoins de la compagnie. Nature & Scope: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager creates and maintains the Roots experience for our customers and employees. The ASM supports the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations always modeling and acting in accordance with Roots guiding principles and beliefs. Key Job Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager in the achievement of the store sales budgets through execution of company standards, policies and procedures while exceeding customers' expectations through superior service at every opportunity. Demonstrates the ability to lead by example in sales and customer service. Assists the Store Manager in the execution of all recruitment activities. Supports the Store Manager in providing product knowledge and selling skills training to new and existing staff. Execute opening and closing procedures according to company policies and procedures. Ability to motivate team through coaching & leadership. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of the business. Excellent communication (both oral and written) skills. Qualifications and Experience Required: 2 years of retail apparel management experience. Great sense of style and a love for fashion. Demonstrated ability to strive in an environment that is customer service driven with a focus on selling. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights and weekends.
