Rooter Hero is a rapidly growing plumbing company that also has an HVAC Division and we are looking for a highly-motivated Service Technicians to help us be Heroes to our customers. Our HVAC Technicians, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician, installs and repairs various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining HVAC Equipment – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment.
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance.
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs while On Call.
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Rooter Hero quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)

Qualifications:

• Must have a have a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience
• Willing to work weekends and off hours
• A Valid Driver’s License
• Able to lift 70lbs
• Pass Drug and Background Check
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer
