Description
Job Purpose/Summary: To manage accounts and relations with family office clients, while maintaining a positive and professional relationship. Assist the family office team in any tasks deemed necessary in order to best serve the clients.
Essential Job Duties:
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships with high profile clients
· Uphold a strict level of confidentiality & demonstrate a high level of discernment
· Interaction/correspondence with client family members, client household and business staff, attorneys, insurance agents, banking/investment personnel, and other related advisors
· Demonstrate initiative; perceive & anticipate client needs
· Provide administrative support to family office service team which may include managing and maintaining meetings, appointment schedules, preparing overnight and courier shipments, and processing mail and package delivery
· Manage online banking transactions as well as other banking transactions which may include accounts payable, making deposits, and bank reconciliations
· Handle basic bookkeeping and payroll tasks
· Prepare wire transfers and reports
· Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
· Comfortable in a fast paced environment that requires flexibility and responsiveness
· Work with manager on any other tasks/projects deemed necessary
Requirements
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years applicable experience preferred
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· QuickBooks certification or bookkeeping experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products (excel, outlook, etc)
