Ron Jon Surf Shop Orange Beach is now hiring for Sales Associate For Full Time/Part Time and Partial Shifts. Meet people from all over the world, enjoy busy days with a wide variety of duties and work for a known industry leader.
These positions have a starting pay rate of $16.00/hr. and are full time, 40 hours a week with 2 consecutive days off.

Our Sales Associates must:
- Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers
- Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized and visually appealing
- Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner
- Be able to be stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- 18 years or older.
- Work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings (depending on shift).
- Able to commit to a regular schedule.
