Our company is seeking operators to join our team! The position requires handling a variety of tasks and using strong communication skills. The ideal candidate has a background in construction, is familiar with different office equipment, and has a lot of energy!

General Responsibilities:

• Load and move materials using heavy machinery and tools.
• Use hand tools and work with hand materials.
• Apply basic math skills to estimate amounts of materials needed and work performed.
• Perform minor repairs, maintenance, or construction work.
• Follow directions from supervisors or specialists in the field.
• Use sound judgment in emergency situations.

Physical Requirements:

• Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
• Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.
• Able to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
• Able to walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mile
• Able to safely operate the equipment (if authorized for that piece of equipment)
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
