Rogers is Hiring a Human Resources Administrator Near Nashville, TN

We are currently seeking an individual for a Human Resources Administrator position for our Corporate office located in Nashville, TN. The position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Corporate recruiter to assist with administrative needs such as:
    • Scheduling interviews and travel accommodations
    • Coordinate physical/drug screening tests
    • Maintain job postings on multiple job boards
    • Assist with annual compliance reports (EEO, AAP, VETS, etc)
    • Monitor I-9s & E-Verify weekly
    • Work with relocation third party administrator
  • Send monthly and quarterly mailings to employees
  • Data entry and scanning
  • Work in multiple operating systems (Oracle HCM, Oracle ORC, iProcurement)
  • Coordinate annual Human Resources conference
  • Work with HR/ Safety department managers to coordinate training events
  • Process invoices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years’ experience in HR Administrative support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience with Oracle databases preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365 required
