This position is Monday through Friday from 6:15am to 8:30am and from from 2pm to 6pm daily. Must have reliable transportation and understand that these hours are non-negotiable and mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Director for the center, maintain great morale and address any staffing issues in a timely and responsive manner.
• Keep site up to date with safety standards in compliance with State Licensing and record keeping
• Manage staff schedules
• Supervise and assist team members with program needs.
• Manage supervise groups of Children.
• Design and create arts and crafts for children
• Monitor Childrens safety

Preferred Prerequisites

• Meet applicable state Director requirements
• College Degree preferred

• 2 years experience in a childcare or related field
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
