CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Customer Service Specialist is responsible for scheduling, greeting and checking out clients, promoting our company’s services on the phone and in person, providing in-house support, and light housekeeping. Ultimately, a top-notch Customer Service Specialist will have stellar phone etiquette, a positive and upbeat demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
Position Essential Requirements include, but not limited to:
- Ability to act in a professional demeanor at all times, maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
- Ability to listen attentively, yet maintain friendly control of conversations
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and customer satisfaction
Basic demands of the position include, but not limited to:
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of voicemail and email
- Creating complete and accurate client and appointment records
- Filing, Scanning and uploading documents
- Introduction of facility and services to prospective clients
- Housekeeping: Sanitizing, laundry, vacuuming, and stocking supplies
Hours:
Weds-Friday afternoons and weekends
More hours are available
