Description
The Human Resources Generalist will plan and coordinate the human resources functions of the organization. The HR Generalist will oversee the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of new staff, consult with executives on strategic planning and policy development, ensure legal compliance in employment practices, and serve as a link between the organization’s management and its employees on Human Resources issues.
