Account Executive - Rockford Rivets Baseball Club
- Responsible for developing key relationships with local business leaders looking for opportunities to reward their employees with memorable entertainment at a great value!
- Develop new sales leads and actively canvas the market daily!
- You are not a telemarketer with us! We want you out meeting people and building relationships throughout the community. You will be a key player within the organization and building a name for yourself quickly through the industry.
- Maintain a daily CRM log of all your accounts
- Provide “Raving Fans Customer Service” to our clients! It’s what we are going to be known for.
- Mine your current clients for referrals-We will teach and emphasize this effective way to get ahead!
- Upgrade and upsell.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and yearly goals
- Collect payments on time
- All other duties as assigned by Director of Ticket Sales/President and GM
- Effective Communication Skills
- Motivated to achieve personal and team goals
- Know the value of being a team player!
- Customer Service oriented (Raving Fans)
- Ability to work long hours when needed to achieve goals
- Passionate about what you are selling
- Ability to paint a picture for the brand of fun we will be bringing to our fans
- Monthly Stipend Commission
- Bonuses - based on meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Extensive personalized training in sales, marketing and operations
