As Project Manager, you’ll help Rocket IT and its clients thrive by providing project management, communication, and other support to the Professional Services team as well as play a key role in providing superior customer service to our clients. In this role, you will bill time directly to projects, and ensure that the Scope of Work, Products, Time Tracking, Pre-Requisites, Deliverables, and Billing is handled promptly and accurately. This role is ideal for process-oriented communicators who enjoy delivering a superior client experience through excellent attention to detail.

Rocket supports an office-centric hybrid model that promotes teamwork and fosters strong relationships between team members. Full-time team members are required to be in our Suwanee office at least 3 days per week and are able to work remotely the other 2 days. Some exceptions may apply.
