Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial responsibilities

• Oversee entire Finance Department and all ancillary financial functions including Billing and Collections, AP, Payroll

• Plan, develop and organize the organizations' fiscal functions and identify areas for improvement

• Provided strategic financial input and leadership in decision making within the organization

• Prepared and analyzed regular and ad hoc financial reports and projections. Presented findings and trends to executive team and discussed strategies and solutions

• Negotiate with payers to maximize profitability

• Financial projections for current and proposed business
