Legends at the Rock at La Cantera is seeking to hire full-time and part-time restaurant Servers for the Spurs Club in the Victory Capital Performance Center. The Role
The restaurant Server is responsible for taking food and drink orders, providing menu orders to the kitchen staff, and serving prepared meals.

The Spurs Club is a chef-driven private social club in the Victory Capital Performance Center.The first-of-its-kind in the NBA, featuring multiple bars, fine dining, lounge and personal workspace all with private elevator access and exclusive views of the Spurs practice courts.Members can gather to work, entertain, and unwind in premier style. Responsibilities:
•Welcoming customers and handing out menus.
•Providing an exceptional food and beverage knowledge base, understanding, and memorizing menu items and daily specials.
•Serving food and beverages, in addition to making recommendations and answer questions regarding food and drink preparations.
•Monitoring and observing guests' dining experience and keeping the kitchen staff and managers informed of any issues that may affect quality and timing of service.
•Supporting the service staff by clearing, cleaning tables and running food, if needed.
•Performing opening, closing, and support functions as assigned
•Provide exceptional customer service with impeccable attention to detail.
Qualifications
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Must have one solid year Server experience, preferably in a fine dining establishment or upscale restaurant.
•Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
•Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
•Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
•Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
•Current Food Handlers and TABC Certified.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
