Minimum Qualifications Legal experience in the area of corporate law and/or litigation Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor's degree Experience in supporting Real Estate Leasing legal practice and/or supporting a Public Company compliance law practice Job Summary The Paralegal functions as a professional on the Legal team. Responsibilities Be able to draft various litigation, transaction and compliance documents supporting legal initiatives with oversight and be able to seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders Analyze information, perform legal research, investigate facts, draft pleadings and motions and prepare legal documents and reports Have an understanding of business operations and process and of the key legal and regulatory issues impacting their area of focus Communicate effectively with other teams with respect to issues or questions that arise during an assignment Assist with other Legal Team projects or new matters as assigned Assist team members with questions that arise within their areas of responsibility Have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment Exercise independent judgment and assist leaders and team members through clear and concise communication Assist counsel in litigation matters Benefits and Perks Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
