Since 1995, the Rochester Sports Garden has been host to countless athletic groups as an indoor sporting facility featuring courts for indoor soccer, basketball and lacrosse as well as automated batting cages. The Rochester Sports Garden is currently looking for a part-time Front Desk Attendant to join their staff and help their facility continue to serve the Rochester athletic community the best way they know how.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to use a POS system
• Answering phones, scheduling reservations, registering teams for leagues
• Customer interaction and service: Taking payments from customers, answering customer questions/concerns, explaining rules and equipment.
• Facility maintenance and upkeep: Painting, miscellaneous maintenance tasks, etc.
• Daily facility cleaning: Sweeping, use of floor machine, vacuuming, facility laundry, garbage removal, etc.
• Self-motivated with the abilities to work alone and with others and handle high stress situations in a calm, mature manner
• 10-20 hours per week. Availability must include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Soccer background is preferred.
