Job Description: Manager will be responsible for developing & maintain a safe and secure route operation by professional route personnel.
- Assist with creating efficient route schedules that will satisfy customer’s requirements.
- Communicating with customers & answering questions regarding service.
- Supervising, training, coaching & counseling route personnel to ensure compliance.
- Assist in hiring & personnel issues.
- Compliance with all Corporate, District & Branch policies.
- Computer Skills & working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Sage Time, & Morphis
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Excellent driving history.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Able to pass D.O.T. Physical Examination / Drug Screen
- Driver's license as required by local, state, or Federal regulations.
- Experience in Security Industry, transportation, or logistics field.
- Proof of Identity and legal authority to work in the United States.
- Pass a comprehensive background check that includes:
- Criminal
- Credit
- Driving History
