Job Description:

As a Digital Delivery Lead specializing in financial services, you will spearhead solution development and presales activities across North America for FS accounts. Your role involves leveraging your strong technology expertise, domain knowledge, and ability to craft tangible propositions for clients in various front office areas such as:

• Experience design and engineering (Web, Mobile, chatbots, etc.)
• Content & Document Management (web content, doc management, customer communication, etc.)
• Customer Management (client and sales management, lead management, etc.)
• Business Process Management / Automation
• Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a customer-facing expert in Digital within the BFSI Domain, effectively communicating client's digital offerings' value to clients.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify, shape, and support digital opportunities for assigned accounts.
• Provide thought leadership and insights to clients to address current and future challenges.
• Lead initial discovery and assessments for engagements.
• Contribute to driving successful propositions within the digital practice.
• Analyze the evolving technology landscape and recommend necessary capabilities.
• Work with stakeholders across client organizations to deliver business aspects.
• Lead presales activities, including proposal development and deal shaping.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong relationships through sales excellence.
• Travel up to 60% (as circumstances allow).

Skills and Experience:

• 15 years of experience in technology and consulting services.
• 8 years of presales and consulting experience in digital domains.
• 8 years of technology strategy or hands-on experience.
• 8 years of client engagement and delivery experience.
• Experience driving RFPs / RFIs and shaping digital deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with global delivery models and working with offshore locations.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture, and governance.
• Knowledge of evolving IT landscape with cloud and digital innovations.
• Independent thinker with experience in developing go-to-market content.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Broad expertise in digital solution architecture and blueprinting.
• Technical proficiency in platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, MS Dynamics, Web / Mobile, etc.
• Understanding of cloud solutions and integration patterns.
• Experience as a Solution / Enterprise architect in IT professional services or large enterprises.
