In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, government agencies all over the country are providing facilities with access to a free 8-hour Temporary Nursing Assistant training certification program. We are currently seeking individuals who are looking to take advantage of this program and start their nursing career, providing our residents with the best care possible! With this position, no previous training is necessary, just the desire to make a difference every day! After the closing of the Temporary Nursing Assistant Program, you will be eligible to take our paid training class to become a fully certified nursing aide (CNA).

Nursing Aide Duties Include:

• Monitoring Residents.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene.
• Prepping of meal trays and reporting food / fluid intake.
• Feeding Residents & distributing nutritional supplements.
• Making beds & maintaining the Residents’ space to be clean and tidy.
• Transporting Residents within the Facility.
• Turning bed ridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Keeping Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data.

Nursing Aide Requirements Include:

• Must be able to work as a team player.
• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
