Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports To: Director of Ops-West

Robertas Culver City is seeking an administrative assistant to aid and support the management team in staff onboarding, payroll, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Work with a fun team, get to eat delicious food, and have fun in a dynamic and unconventional setting.

Roberta’s Bushwick, which opened in 2008, helped pave the way for the boroughs’ food scene offering Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas, artfully crafted cocktails and a diverse natural wine program. Roberta’s is actively expanding and is looking for talented people to join the family and grow with us!

Qualifications and Requirements

• Thrives while performing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be organized, punctual, proactive and have an eye for detail.
• Schedule flexibility is necessary
• Computer Savvy
• Strong and timely communicator

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
