The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process for the US and Canada. Are you ambitious and looking to grow your career? Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews with management, making offers, etc.
- Meet with various managers and business units to understand their staffing needs
- Attend recruitment events locally and participate in events in the community
- Coordinate pre-employment testing, background checks and reference checks
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources and come up with new ways to recruit talent
- Inform applicants on benefits and perks that the company offers to be able to attract potential employees
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of recruitment experience
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system is highly desired
- Ability to collaborate, communicate and negotiate.
- Flexibility to move from one task to another as things come up
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
