Jenny Bour at Robert Half is looking for a highly-skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for a growing company in the Buffalo/Niagara area! The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process for the US and Canada. Are you ambitious and looking to grow your career? Then this Talent Acquisition Specialist role may be a perfect fit. 

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling interviews with management, making offers, etc.
  • Meet with various managers and business units to understand their staffing needs
  • Attend recruitment events locally and participate in events in the community
  • Coordinate pre-employment testing, background checks and reference checks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting sources and come up with new ways to recruit talent
  • Inform applicants on benefits and perks that the company offers to be able to attract potential employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience working in an applicant tracking system is highly desired
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate and negotiate.
  • Flexibility to move from one task to another as things come up
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
