Classification: Operations Processor
Compensation: $15.84 to $18.34 hourly
Robert Half has a great opportunity for a capable and inventive Operations Processor with a firm in the Non-Profit industry. This short-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity is based in the Kansas City, Kansas area. You will perform Operations Processor tasks such as, booking loans into the banking platform system and processing all essential items required for commercial and consumer day-to-day loan processing. Are you detail-oriented and deadline-driven? Do you have enjoy working with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations? If so, then this is the Operations Processor role for you.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Sustains information as accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents
- Develops outgoing wires and cashier's checks
- Examines reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments
- Finalizes and returns verification of mortgage requests
- Improves department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports
- Shields clientele confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential
- Administer new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database
- Improves codes, status dates and loan information for reporting whenever required
- Readies payoff letters and department invoices
- Stay up-to-date on differing loan programs and corresponding computer system codes
- Update email, voice mail and other communication and send a reply
- Maintains status and information within processing software system
- Determine payment corrections and adjust billing statements
- Enters payments, advances and payoffs
