Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Prior experience with the architecture/engineering/construction industry, and preparing RFPs and RFQs is preferred, but not required.
• A degree, experience, or interest in Communications or Writing will be considered in lieu of industry experience.
• Experience in desktop publishing including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter; ability to share content regularly.
• Ability to work in a team environment & collaborate with others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking and preparation of responses to RFPs and RFQs.
• Reviewing and editing of marketing materials for timely submissions.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations & assisting with client project interviews.
• Maintenance and updates for marketing collateral, including project sheets, resumes, brochures, and promotional fliers.
• Updating client and project databases in CRM system.
• Supporting efforts in projecting quality, consistency, and innovation through all marketing activities across the company.
