Our client, a real estate development and property management firm, located in Century City, is looking to add a Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to their team. This firm has roughly 140 employees and you will be part of a three person HR team. You will be responsible for processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now. In addition to payroll processing, you will also be responsible for general HR administration functions such as: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration and performance management. You will assist with I9 compliance, perform background and reference checks and help with the overall employee experience. This position would be great for someone who has some exposure to payroll and is looking to grow their HR career.
