Our well-respected client is hiring a Human Resource Generalist to join their team. The HR Generalist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The primary functions of this role will involve comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. How you will make an impact
- Employ HR software to manage employee benefits
- Build a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
- Shape onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
- Examine employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
- Administer employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
- Draft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
- Preside over appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances
- Team up with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
- Strategize on employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Requirements- 3 years of human resources experience
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Efficient in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
- PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
- Skilled at time management
