Key responsibilities
- Welcome and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
- Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
- Certify completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
Requirements- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- 1 years of experience
- Incoming phone call management skills desired
- Command of Answering Inbound Calls
- Strong familiarity with mail distribution
- Solid understanding of Receptionist Duties
