The role is 100% in office! Monday to Friday 7:30-4:30- hours are flexible if needed
What you get to do every single day
- Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Enter information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
- Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
- Search websites for information
- Examine reports and sheets of data
- Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
Requirements- Proven typing accuracy
- Logistics experience highly desired
- Solid understanding of enterprise resource planning
- Deep understanding of Bill of materials (BOM)
- Adeptness in customer service
- ERP Solutions experience
- Foundational knowledge in data entry
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
