Robert Half is in the market for an ambitious Administrative Assistant who enjoys new challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join a Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance company. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties in this Administrative Assistant position located in the Palm Desert, California area.

Handle mail/invitation lists mailing and processing for the 4 separate wellness/screening events; 2 in February and 2 in March.

Manage mailing and phone number list including outreaching to PCPs offices for incorrect information.

Accept incoming RSVP calls by event and report out to wellness/screening teams for scheduling purposes.

Coordinate event agenda screenings and implement space layout at day of events.

On-site event coordination including handle signage space assignments snacks etc.

Conduct outbound follow up and event reminder calls.

Take notes from meetings to coordinate actions assignments.

Reconcile RSVP list with attendee list.

Send follow up communication to event attendees and vendors/wellness teams.

Support wrap-up meetings after each event
