Robert Half is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Souderton, PA
Robert Half's growing client is looking to add a thorough Accounts Receivable Specialist to their accounting department. This candidate will post remittances to customer accounts, process deposits and credit card payments, review credit memos, and update customer accounts as needed. The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist should have a flair for numbers, excellent research abilities, thorough communication skills, and an expertise at time management.
Primary Duties
· Receive, review and process billing
· Assist with administrative activities
· Maintain and update customer accounts
· Complete collection effort calls
· Identify delinquent accounts
· Short payment research resolutions
· Post cash receipts
· Resolve customer service issues
Requirements
The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (NOT required).
Other requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist role include and are not limited to:
· 1 to 3 years of AR and or collections experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel
· Strong understanding of billing and collections
· Excellent attention to detail
· Great communication skills
