Robert Half has partnered with a growing business in Boulder in search of an Accounting Clerk! The Accounting Clerk position is paying $24.00-$26.50 per hour bonus!
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Review and process large volume of vendor bills while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Weekly payable runs
- Manage relationships with vendors
- Maintain accounts payable files and approval requests
- Review and update the AP aging report
- Review the daily and monthly cash balance
- Ensure US GAAP compliance
Requirements for the Accounting Clerk include:
- 1 years of accounts payable experience
- Manufacturing or distribution experience is nice to have, but not required
- NetSuite experience is nice to have, but not required
