Job Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Director of Sales Operations and be a key contributor on the Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Team is responsible for improving the efficiency, productivity, and overall processes of the sales organization by partnering with various teams and implementing best practices through research and analysis. You will support 300 internal users involving troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolutions for the Salesforce Platform, partnering with the Salesforce Developer and cross-functionality with Sales, Marketing, and Tech to ensure our systems and processes are user-friendly, efficient, and optimized.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the salesforce ticketing system and triages all requests.
  • Owns the management and alignment of Salesforce users, roles, profiles, and territories.
  • Creates and manages custom fields, process automations, data validations, and page layouts.
  • Testing new processes and applications in the Sandbox before deploying to Production.
  • Collaborates with sales leadership to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinates, scopes, evaluates, prioritizes, and completes change management request.
  • Responsible for Salesforce’s integration with other business systems.
  • Uses Dataloader to add intelligence and mass update records in Salesforce.
  • Reviews release notes, recommends specific upgrades, and implements system changes.
  • Completes regular system audits.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
Skills and Experience:
  • 1 – 2 years of Salesforce Administration
  • Comfort with ambiguity, ability to act without having the whole picture using sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to grasp the tactical details.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Can capture a group’s interest and maintain it as well as the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting assignments with minimal supervision.
