Description:

Lead and coordinate the monthly financial closing process.
Design, develop, provide financial reporting that is transparent and meaningful.
Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
Prepare reliable, current, and forecasting models and reports.
Work as the primary technical point of contact with the banking relationships.
Practice continuous improvement (learning) through personal and professional development.
Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.
Foster and grow strategic relationships inside and outside of Perfecto.
Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
ERP systems experience. Shoptech E2 preferred.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Accounting/Finance role for a manufacturer.
Capable of evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data, metrics, and financial documents.
