RIVERSTONE COMMUNITIES is Hiring a Property Manager Near Greenville, SC

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Property Manager for our Sunbelt and Riverview Mobile Home Parks located in the Greenville, SC area.We know you are the key to taking our company to the next level! You would be responsible, under the direction of a Regional Manager, for all aspects of these two manufactured housing communities. An A-player in this role is highly organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable and passionate about the property management industry.This position also includes, but is not limited to: 
  • 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
  • 100% collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
  • Compliance to company home standards
  • Managing an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - “thinking like an owner”
Job Responsibilities of an A-Player: 
  • Have a business owner mindset
  • Maximize the communities’ profitability
  • Focus to customer service
  • Attending to community needs outside of normal business hours
  • Experience with managing budgets
  • Plan and execute no less than quarterly resident events
  • Experience successfully leading a team and hiring “A-Players”
  • Sets high standards for themselves and their team
  • Works with integrity and honesty
  • Works calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
  • Strong work ethic - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements of an A-Player: 
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 2-3 years of experience within the property management industry or general management experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to see a project from creation to completion, working within a financial budget. Must be able to envision the end result needed with the project to ensure a proper project plan is put in place.
  • Must be able to envision ways to support our mission and core values at your property.
  • Willing to take initiative to seek out details and information.
  • The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization and systems but is adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
  • Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Computer proficiency, including the internet and experience using Manage America, preferred
