The Payroll Manager role at the RiverSpring Services Corp. by RiverSpring Living, a world-renowned long-term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, will be responsible for managing the end-to-end processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all companies. The Payroll Manager is also responsible for overseeing the Timekeepers in Kronos and HHA exchange to ensure that all time and attendance records are reviewed approved and processed correctly.

This position will be responsible to manage and process all payroll responsibilities for all affiliate companies. This includes processing weekly payroll for Hebrew Home at Riverdale, RiverSpring Services Corp., Elderserve Health Inc. and RiverSpring Licensed Home Care Services (LHCSA) Agency, Inc. The Payroll Manager oversees all administrative activities related to payroll such as monitoring and transmitting of the company’s retirement benefits, monthly calculation and submission of union benefits and maintaining accurate payroll records. Will be responsible for analyzing payroll data to ensure compliance to federal and state regulations along with compliance to company policies and procedures.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3-5 years in experience in payroll. The appropriate individual must be proficient in ADP Enterprise Version 5 and in Kronos Time and Attendance systems. Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office application; particularly Microsoft Excel. Qualified individual must have proficient knowledge in all aspects, rules, and guidelines with regard to payroll principles and practices. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned projects to meet deadlines. Must be able to work well with upper level management and peers from other departments. The qualified individual must have the ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Compensation: Minimum:$80,000 - Maximum: $90,000 Annually
