Riverside Sound Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare-certified agency that is seeking an experienced and caring full-time On-call Registered Nurse (RN) for our Home Health and Hospice division in the greater Josephine County, Oregon area!

Job summary:
- Triage phone calls from patients after regular business hours and weekends
- 7 days on/7 days off, Mon to Mon schedule
- Primarily focused on triage with possible follow-up visits, and admissions

Essential Duties
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.)
- Provide skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
- Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
Requirements and Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
