The HRIS Analyst will provide support for the human resource information systems (HRIS), which may include, but not limited to, payroll software, employee records, and timekeeping software. This position will be responsible for overall system performance and maintenance, including maintaining HR data, ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency. This position will also be responsible for compensation analysis and annual merit and incentive cycle support.
