As a technical Analyst in our Business Transformation practice, you will provide support with client projects ranging from software selection, ERP, CPM implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. Riveron helps its clients optimize and engage technologies to achieve their diverse and evolving goals. Riveron’s proven system-agnostic approach determines how best to enable new and existing technologies to allow for the greatest return on investment for our clients. While much of your day-to-day work as an Analyst will function to support the team through client engagements, you will quickly develop a strong technical toolkit by directly interfacing with clients, digging deep into their problems in real-time and delivering ongoing thought partnership. With experienced leaders to guide you along the way – including a dedicated performance advisor – we are invested in accelerating your growth. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
