Operating Hours: Monday from 10AM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Thursday from 10AM to 5 PM. (St. John Location); Tuesday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM. (Crown Point Location)

- Required: Valid Licensure in the state of Indiana
- Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services like cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care; consult the owner if unsure about handling any patient care situations.
- Maintain clear and concise clinical notation and documentation for every patient treated.
